Meat the Beef
What’s that you may ask yourself?
Well we are very excited to be working with Txuleta to bring you the answer to that question.
On October 12th we started our Meat The Beef evenings. In February 2017 they will restart and become a monthly event. Each event includes a butchery master class hosted by Nemanja from Txuleta and his butcher Doug “the Cleaver” White.
Bradley, our head chef, will be devising a special menu for each evening with matching wines, chosen by Adam, our resident Baron of Booze.
Tickets £60 , which includes 4 courses with paired wines.
