We’re looking for permanent, passionate chefs to join our team here at the Princess Victoria.
We’re hiring across the board and would love to hear from enthusiastic and ambitious commis, demi chef de parties, CDPs, sous chefs and pastry chefs alike.
We’re guest-focused and have a clientele who demand quality while still wanting to have a fun, relaxed experience. We use only the best sustainable products in our kitchens and are regularly developing our bar lists and menus to be as seasonal as possible. The menu consists of bar snacks, British pub classics and an a la carte menu featuring our home-aged steaks, alongside more contemporary dishes
